It is the responsabilty of every Park owner to ensure that their electrical distribution system complies with the relevant electrical regulations and that all electrical distribution systems are installed and maintained in a safe condition. The installations should be covered by Electrical Installation Certificates for new work, or Reports for existing installations.

Wells Electrical Services will provide an inspection report detailing any defects or deviations, and showing their recommendations for any remedial work that may be required on an existing system.
